The staff were quite friendly and pointed us to free parking nearby. Breakfast offered delicious homemade apple bread and plenty of options for a simple buffet.

Booking was on the hotel system. Receptionist's all spoke good English, readily gave us a city street map and directions to the Centre. Room was clean and all promised facilties present - a little small but good enough for our overnight stay.
Description of location was a little misleading - it may be five minutes from the 'modern' city centre but a good 10/15 minutes from the old centre. I suspect though, we would still have opted for this hotel. The breakfast was not taken but compared to many other hotels in this category I found it a little above average charge.

The queen room didn't seem appealing on photos but it was reasonably large with a view. Location: the hotel was not far from the historic market place, and beautiful town centre. The place was only a short distance to Le Kashemir, where you can have dinner.

The parking situation is tricky. It's cramped, and those with larger vehicles might face challenges. The room I stayed in had several issues-there were broken fixtures like the side light and a sink plug that didn't function properly. Noise was an issue as well. I could hear banging doors throughout the night, and the overall cleanliness in both the room and public areas left much to be desired, with stained carpets and musty odors. The breakfast setup lacked character, and staffing shortages meant supplies were not replenished promptly.

Very convenient for city centre. Triple room was a good size (for two using it, and had air conditioning, which was good. Kettle in room a pleasant surprise.
Broken toilet seat hinge had not been fixed. Bathroom becoming a bit shabby in places but not terrible. No waste bin in room, only small one in bathroom, a minor irritation. Restaurant less than enticing though waitress very pleasant. Car park has very awkward ramps with exhaust scraping on them.

Had a great visit with friends! Our charming room was just a short walk to the historic center. The staff were cute and the comfortable bedding enhanced our stay. Enjoyed quality breakfast and easy access to parking. We also explored beautiful walks in nearby UNESCO sites. Definitely recommend this for a fun group trip.

Location was very good, as we wanted to show a friend the centre of Rouen and walking long distances can be a problem for us. Rooms good,(although the views to the rear of the hotel were particularly poor- see below), facilities good and restaurant provided an excellent meal.
The approach to the car park at the rear was very poor, derelict buildings, graffitti, etc. We nearly turned away and looked for another hotel, but as we only intended to stay for one night. If we had been expecting to stay longer we would have been very disillusioned! A pity because the hotel itself is very good.

Generally good food at a very reasonable price. The staff were friendly and helpful.
Unfortunately I found the room too hot on the first night. The second night I tried opening the window, which solved the temperature problem but meant too much noise from the street. For this reason I can only score comfort as 'fair'.

Staff at reception so friendly and helpful and patient, did all possible to help store bikes for us safely and provide a requested type of room. Good enough location right on the Seine, walkable to old parts of the city. Room was comfortable enough; good value.
A little noisy from the communal hallway, and slightly dark rooms...but not bad for the price.

Convenient, with a car park onsite. Facilities very good - excellent breakfast with a wide range od choice. Restaurant a bit limited but quality good.
Lifts are a bit old and antiquated. The car park, although on site, is very compact and parking is difficult if you have a large family car.

Comfortable and clean accommodations with great air conditioning, especially important during warmer months. The staff provided really good service. The room felt cramped, and the lack of a radiator made the overall warmth dependent on the air conditioning, which could be inconvenient. The breakfast was decent but could use more variety to elevate the morning experience.

The hotel was within walking distance of the town center which was very convenient. I was suffering from a toothache, and Laura at the front desk was very helpful and advised us about nearby pharmacies and the location of the hospital.
